Gruber A/S is currently undergoing a continuous development. Fraefel Værktøjsfabrik A/S has now become a part of the company, and we are performing a major expansion of the tool shop in Haderslev and investing in new, advanced production equipment.
That means new, well-trained staff, new skills and an even more creative and high-tech development environment.

Per 1/1-2010 we aquire W. Homann A / S in Copenhagen. Homann manufacture advanced punching dies and rolling tools to among others the packaging industry. The production and 2 employees will be moved to Haderslev.

The W. Homann A / S CEO, Ulrich Homann continues in Gruber as a sales engineer, responsible for his hitherto business in Denmark, and all of Scandinavia.
